Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Shipping Policies

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
