How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is necessary for processing your return.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: After receiving the RMA number, carefully package your item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our support team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange, please notify us when you initiate the return, and we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you once the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
