Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its status.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you with a return or exchange and provide you with a prepaid return label if needed.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact our support team, and we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to ship the item back in its original, unopened condition.
